When a new small business comes to the community we never knowwhat to expect. With something so personal as a flower arrangement we are particular and more specific in our needs. SSD has demonsrated to be my new florist of choice. The level of service has surpassed some of the other florists i had used in the past. The arrangements are very creative and i.n really good taste . Flowers are always very fresh and exactly what i intend to receive. Im glad i took the chance at supporting this local small business and hope my relationship continues with them.

I had a chance to visit this beautiful store, seemingly i stumbled into a place I was supposed to be. I received tons of education from the staff and truly enjoyed the environment of the shop. The store contains a variety of unique plants, from small arrangements to full grown dracaena with a bloomed flower! I thank both Ms. D and Steven for all of the education and plant advice, such a group of beautiful people. Please be sure to visit our local flower shop here in East Orange, 392 Main St. it’s on the corner by the school (Cicely Tyson). Look for the beautiful greenery and beautiful faces!

I loved my experience at SSD Flowers The flowers were fresh and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helped me pick a lovely bouquet. Prices were fair, and delivery was quick. Highly recommend!

I had an great experience at SDD Flowers. Stephen was pleasant, patient and informative. I came in with an overwatered sunflower so he instructed me to have a seat and showed me exactly how to care for the sunflower. I left with a beautiful palm plant and I’m so excited to take care of it!

Mr Steve is a very knowledgeable man about plants. I know to go to him if I need any supplies like soil or would like a beautiful new plant to bring home. He is very welcoming, caring, and helpful - highly recommend for balloons, unique ornaments, and a good history lesson!

Ms.Dee and Steven are amazing and very welcoming. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding plant care and upkeep. You will always leave feeling like you made just the right purchase. I have and will always recommend this shop above any others.
